**Safety**
Always remain alert to guests/visitors bypassing safety systems and taking unnecessary chances. Should you discover a hazardous condition, take action if possible to alleviate the condition and immediately report it to the Management.

**First Aid**
There are first aid kits located in the workshop, and are for staff and visitor use. It is the responsibility of everyone to let operations know when and if these kits need re-stocked and to ensure they are complete.

* If guests/visitors are hurt or accidents occur, the first aid kit will be put at their disposal. CFTS.CO (U) Ltd. staff should not administer the first aid to visitors/guests unless directed by Management.
* If a staff member is injured or is ill, then the Management should be informed and the first aid kit made available for the staff member to treat themselves.
* If the injury or illness is serious, then the Management should be informed and arrangements made to get the person(s) to a doctor/hospital immediately.



In all instances a brief report should be made by head of section or management whenever the first aid kit is used.

**Security**
Under no circumstances are staffs of any kind permitted to take guests/visitors into restricted areas of the office including the workshop without the prior approval of the Management if it is not related to a job and the guest is not a client.



All equipment should be returned to its rightful place after use to avoid accidents and theft
